Job Description

Taboola is looking for an Account Manager to nurture & develop our relationships with key SMB digital publishers across EMEA, as well as providing day-to-day support for a team of 6 Account Managers.

12-month contract | Full-time | Hybrid office working | Based in London.

About the role:

As part of Taboola's Account Management team, you would be responsible for the successful management and growth of our key Small-to-Medium sized digital publisher partners across EMEA. You will be tracking performance and providing regular strategic direction for new opportunities to improve our publisher clients' digital site performance. The Account Management team is uniquely responsible for building and optimising existing relationships by identifying and presenting new initiatives to publishers to improve performance and revenues.

50% of the time will be spent on commercial / client facing activities, and 50% on supporting the Account Management team with data support and internal tasks.

Responsibilities and skills:

  • Manage and grow relationships with digital publishers across UK&I, Western & Southern Europe and the Middle East
  • Be the expert on revenue optimisations for your clients & sell to a large- and high-volume book of business
  • Help identify trends and market conditions to pinpoint highest value optimisations
  • Monitor and analyse metrics and proactively take steps to improve performance, communicating this effectively to your clients
  • Work closely with the Sales & Product teams in order to become a valuable resource both internally and externally
  • Support the team with day-to-day tasks (i.e. pulling reports, supporting case creation etc.)

Requirements:

  • Experience in a professional client facing role with o utstanding relationship management and customer service skills
  • Digital / Online Media industry experience is preferred, but not essential
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders; including senior level executives across product, legal, tech, finance, sales and marketing
  • Experience in closing business (upselling or new business) and driving long and complex sales cycles
  • Strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data and in generated reports
  • Be able to effectively communicate in both external, client facing and internal, senior stakeholder facing environments
  • Highly motivated, proactive, resourceful and creative to ensure your clients receive world class consulting
  • High attention to detail, organised and with strong communication skills
  • Self-starter with the will and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
