IDEO is in search of a people-oriented Facility Manager who will help create the conditions for our employees, clients, and partners to deliver their best work and have exceptional experiences in a creative and supportive environment.
This individual will function as a part of our Workplace Experience team. Workplace Experience Teams at IDEO are human-centered, creative problem-solvers, systems thinkers, strategists, community-building experts, and compelling communicators. Foundational to IDEO's brand, business, and culture of belonging, Workplace Experience teams are front-line brand ambassadors for our Locations who set the tone for the IDEO experience for all employees, clients, visitors, and vendors, enabling our business — and our people — to thrive.
Facility Managers play a key collaborative role within each of our seven global Location Communities. IDEO Locations exist to cultivate culture, community, and belonging and to provide space for collaboration, convening and prototyping.
The Facility Manager will work alongside the Workplace Experience Specialists to deliver on the physical location aspirations, enabling creative work and ensuring that the location is fit for purpose. They will proactively work to set and communicate everyday operational best practices to ensure that we set our community up for success
