Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Specialist is a member of the Xfinity Growth Operations Team, primarily responsible for providing marketing and operational support for the Xfinity Rewards customer appreciation program. This individual will be involved in end-to-end loyalty activations, including project planning, reward set up and testing, and performance readouts. The ideal candidate is an organized, hands-on self-starter with omni-channel marketing experience in a digital-first environment.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate reward deliverables among internal Comcast teams, NBC/Universal stakeholders and external agencies and resources. This includes building project timelines, managing assets, and receiving required approvals to launch all rewards.
  • Oversee all reward entries, along with quality, monitoring, and redemption tracking responsibilities.
  • Own and update the master calendar of all upcoming rewards used to track deadlines and facilitate needs for marketing support.
  • Manage front line communication at the HQ and division/region levels to keep retail and call center reps informed of the latest program benefits to communicate to customers.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Excellent project management skills with demonstrated initiative to complete tasks effectively under tight deadlines
  • Proactive team player with a customer centric mindset and detailed focus on delivering valuable rewards to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage a multi-faceted workload to deliver operational excellence and data-driven recommendations
  • Strong communication and partnership skills to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Experience working in digital-first environment across marketing channels
  • Creative problem solver with ability to quickly adapt to new circumstances and challenges
  • Strong presentation skills including creation of executive level presentations

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
