POSITION SUMMARY:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Undertake initiatives to maintain the level of services rendered.
• Guide and develop the consulting team in order to maintain the business opportunities with current customers.
• Prepare the plan of visits to customers and control the results of the actions and initiatives.
• Work in several negotiations more complex.
• Monitor support activities carried out by the team of consultants.
• Guide the team in solving issues related to contracts for services.

• Education: College graduates in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
• Minimum experience in the area: 6 years
• Expertise: The company's products, fluent English, project management and processes, quality management methodologies, relationship management techniques, leadership, basics of financial engineering contracts and analysis of business results.
• Skill: Interpersonal relationships, results orientation, teamwork and conflict management.
