About the role:

The Senior Manager, Marketing Services is responsible for managing and developing a team of managers and individual contributors who support Takeda's promotional material review process (PRT), ensuring operational quality across teams, driving alignment with commercial strategies and priorities, and leading strategic projects within Marketing Services.

How you will contribute:

• Establish and maintain strategic trusting relationships with Business Unit (BU) Brand Leadership, guiding and influencing collaborative activities and mutual decision-making to support commercial strategies and ensure business needs are met for promotional material development and review.
• Strategically partner with other Marketing Services and Marketing Operations leaders to ensure alignment and coordination across the end-to-end promotional material management (review, lifecycle management, etc.).
• Lead process and efficiency initiatives across Marketing Operations and the Promotional Review process at Takeda.
• Lead and manage strategic projects and initiatives within Marketing Services and Marketing Operations.
• Consolidate PRT demand forecasting across franchises, responsible for adjusting team staffing and alignment of PRT resources based on anticipated demand.
• Create and manage a high performing team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure best practices and solutions are established to meet compliance guidelines and policies.
• Support career development of Marketing Services team, identifying and delivering on opportunities to build out team capabilities.
• Provide recommendations for staffing and resourcing needs; compile data to support appropriate adjustments to meet business needs.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree plus 7+ years related experience or High School Diploma plus 12 years of related experience
• Experience and success managing teams
• Proficiency working with advertising and promotional process
• Proficiency working in regulated operations environment
• Solid project management experience
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional groups to achieve common goals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred:

• Marketing experience preferred
