Artsy seeks a highly motivated and inspiring people leader for our Gallery Partnerships team. The successful candidate will manage a team of Account Executives focused on retaining and expanding our relationships with small and medium sized gallery partners across Europe, Middle East and Africa. The leader of this team will drive revenue through supporting team upsell and retention efforts.

You will be expected to guide your team with a motivating vision, coach your team with sales acumen, and collaborate across the Artsy organization representing our gallery partners’ needs. In addition to supporting your team with contract negotiations and strategy calls, you will also initiate and collaborate on strategic company initiatives in partnership with Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing, Marketplace Strategy & Operations, and the rest of the Artsy Marketplace Partners team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a team of 5-6 Account Executives as direct reports
  • Provide regular, hands-on sales coaching and relationship management advice and feedback
  • Performance management and professional development for your reports
  • Directly responsible for MRR (monthly recurring revenue) retention and growth from gallery partner base in Europe, Middle East and Africa
  • Oversee gallery experience throughout the partner lifecycle (contract admin, strategy calls, etc.) formalizing and scaling customer success strategies
  • Collaborate closely with Partner Support to ensure a consistent customer experience across all channels; represent the voice of our customers to Product and Engineering

Who You Are:

  • 3-5 years experience in sales or customer success for small- to medium-sized businesses; plus 2 years people management experience
  • Motivated by exceeding metrics-based goals
  • Have a proven track record of exceeding individual sales targets or MRR retention goals
  • Navigate and recommend operational efficiencies to CRMs
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Professional fluency in Spanish, German, Italian or French
  • Based in London or Berlin and available to start immediately full-time
  • You are currently authorized to live and work in London or Berlin
