The Data Engineering team is looking for an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to handle Analytics projects related to external analytics services. This role will help ensure our Artists and Label Partners can understand how their content is performing on our platform. Our team develops many data points for Artists to know how their music is listened to. If you have a passion for taking datasets and visualizing them, this position is for you. You will be leading a UI team that produces tools and APIs for Artists and Labels.

- Minimum of 5 years experience in Data, Planning or Finance.
- Direct experience in long-term capacity planning and analytics is a plus.
- Methodology: Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle. Experience with the most widely used Project Management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Influence: A leader and influencer with solid business insight in a matrixed organization. Comfortable leading cross-functional teams with the ability to simplify complex technical problems/issues and bring clarity for efficient decision making.
- Analytical: Understanding of data structures, modeling, and predictive analytical skills. Knowledge of AWS, GCP, Vertica, SQL, and Tableau is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and presentation skills. Experience in putting together clear presentations and delivering to executive teams.
- Drive: Tried ability to drive solutions in high pressure situations. Self-starter with incredible drive and motivation to complete any challenge given.
- Experience: Hands on experience in producing data deliverables.

Description
Description As the EPM in this area, you’ll own the delivery of the Analysis UI for external partners. Work on this data is highly cross-functional and goes across both Data Engineering & Data UI teams. You will be responsible for translating Product and Business objectives into execution strategy (development engineering and strategic), leading, and successfully executing the deliverables through solid leadership. This role is responsible for ensuring trust in our data both internally and externally. Experience with Project Management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Quip, Wrike, Keynote, and Excel is extremely beneficial. This role will be successful by maintaining strong communication channels between large cross-functional engineering teams and delivering features on time.
Education & Experience
Education & Experience BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Data Research, or equivalent field.
