Job Description

The role requires strong communication skills to support marketing topics that include both an internal and external communication focus across various channels. Activities include:

  • Lead internal communication activities using a multi-channel strategy (BGN, monthly newsletter, ED-NA Bosch Connect blogs and policy deployment community, BZO stories).
  • Support the preparation and execution of live events and tech forums including annual NA International Auto Show.
  • Support ED-NA change management (EDentity initiative) and transformation activities.
  • Collaborate with ED-NA stakeholders (plants in Albion, IN and Toluca, Mexico ; R&D in Waltham, MA) and ED global communication team.
  • Organize internal events and Marketplaces

Additionally this role will support other marketing activities:

  • Support sales and Business Units teams with sales reporting using Power BI and Salesforce dashboards.
  • Coordinate yearly Salesforce sales planning process with ED planning teams.
  • Support ED Product Managers with marketing and competitor studies to better drive our value propositions and communicate NA market needs
  • Support Innovation workshops to help foster the ED entrepreneurial spirit and new business ideas

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business or related
  • 2+ years communications experience such as developing communication strategies, messaging, and/or developing materials for both internal and external marketing activities
  • Experience in collaborating with, influencing and managing key stakeholders while developing and implementing effective communication plans
