As we continue our quest to democratize financial services, we are now looking for an inspiring iOS developer to join one of our Teams shaping up Zettle's Payments solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with a group of passionate people (product managers, app- developers, QAs and many more) working on making our Merchants' everyday experience best-in-class. A glimpse of what you would get here

Part of our Money Alliance, our team is working on an innovative payment solution in our SDK to allow our merchants to make card payments in Zettle apps and partner apps. You will be in close contact with other engineers and designers to create a tailored user experience for our merchants and partners. It is important that you understand API design and how to consume them, but don't worry, the team will be there to help you out.

You will be able to collaborate with other teams and iOS developers across the whole iOS chapter, by code reviews, bouncing ideas or mob programming (we are big fans!).

You have a “can-do” attitude and are interested in collaborating closely within your team to build and maintain new innovative features in our SDK. Grounded and humble, you consider open communication and transparency as great core values for a company culture. You share your knowledge, experience, and opinions without ever losing sight of the importance for everyone to have a chance to contribute to the team's success. You have strong analytical skills and technical understanding of product development and underlying system architecture. Lastly, you make it fun.

Your responsibilities will include

• Design, implement and maintain new innovative features in our iOS payment SDK
• Collaborating with other teams and be ready to help our SDK integrators
• Work on interesting problems together with talented peers in cross-functional agile teams
• Experiment and learn about design, technology, and processes
• Ensure a high level of quality, usability, and maintainability of our codebase

• You have a good knowledge of Swift
• You have extensive experience working with Apple’s frameworks
• You always write testable, maintainable code.
• You have a quality first mindset and are eager to write tests, care for the overall performance of the product.
• Interested in keeping up to date with the latest technological development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Nice to have

• You have experience with accessibility on iOS
• You have designed and maintained libraries/APIs used by others
• You have experience in working with SDK integrators
• You have experience with payments transactions in FinTech
