Job Description

KPMG is currently seeking a Associate Director, Talent Development to join our Learning & Development organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development and implementation of talent development solutions and other enterprise talent initiatives, with emphasis on development through experiences and relationships (i.e., non-formal development) including solutions such as: building a strategy, tools and rollout for career development planning, designing a mentorship program and partnering with team members to implement, designing and delivering new leader integration support, other talent development solutions as needed
  • Conduct leadership assessments, including review and interpretation of results and identifying trends and development actions based on data; debrief leaders on assessment results and work with leaders in creating development plans
  • Oversee coaching engagements from intake through sustainability planning; work with key stakeholders in defining goals and measures of success for coaching engagements; support the sourcing of external executive coaches
  • Recommend, design and implement measurement and evaluation strategies to assess impact and outcomes
  • Consult and collaborate with stakeholders and leaders to identify and recommend talent solutions and/or interventions

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of recent progressive experience in talent/executive development, learning and development, and/or organization development/talent management
  • Experience in the administration, interpretation and debrief of psychometric assessments, experience in the oversight and delivery of executive coaching engagements
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in consulting with leaders to identify appropriate development experiences and solutions to improve individual and team performance
  • Experience in the delivery of team effectiveness and development engagements
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
