We have an opening for a Senior Product Manager who can work with all cross-functional stakeholder groups at Constant Contact. You’ll be responsible for enhancing our SMS and text messaging product offering, and our mobile messaging capabilities, and will also participate in the evaluation of how to smartly extend our offering to new channels. We are looking for someone who looking to face big challenges head-on, has an inquisitive mind, and can navigate a complex business environment.

This position can be remote in the US or if you choose, work a hybrid model from any of our local offices in Boston, MA, Waltham, MA, Gainesville, FL, or Santa Monica, CA. Whatever it takes for you to be successful.

What you'll do:

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify business problems and validate proposed solutions through customer & market research
  • Write clear user cases/requirements that articulate desired product functionality
  • Work collaboratively with Engineering and User & Customer Experience to develop simple, intuitive, and easy to use product feature
  • Develop product roadmap and get buy-in from key stakeholders at all levels of the organization including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Executive Management
  • Maintain prioritized product backlog with input from Customers, Partners, Sales, and Support

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 8 years of software Product Management experience
  • Expertise in researching, defining, and documenting complex business processes and requirements
  • Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Successful track record of collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work at a strategic level, but also able to get into the details on requirements
  • Relevant experience in SMS/MMS and text messaging, 2-way messaging (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, etc.), omni-channel communications, mobile push notifications, email, and modern communication channels
  • Management of products in a SaaS delivery model
  • Experience working with teams using Agile processes
