Digital Marketing Specialist - Italy

Location: The person can be based everywhere in Italy or in one of our EMEA Location. (Hybrid or Remote working possible)

Eaton’s Electrical Sector is a global leader with expertise in power distribution and circuit protection; backup power protection; control and automation; lighting and security; structural solutions and wiring devices; solutions for harsh and hazardous environments; and engineering services.

As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving all digital marketing initiatives for the Italian market. That includes the maintenance and improvement of the local Eaton.it web site (in IT and EN), the overlooking of all analytics, digital campaigns, data quality and execution of digital projects to ensure the achievement of annual KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics and similar.
• Marketing Communications Experience (not less than 2 years)
• Digital channel communication experience (websites, SEO, social media, newsletter campaigns, paid media).
• Expert about web content management, email marketing automation and other content management systems and processes.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Good attitude vs. analytics tools, such as Google Analytics & Power BI.
• SEO-PPC-email Marketing campaign strategies.
• Experience with Eloqua, Percolate, Adobe Experience Manager preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken Italian/English, strong editorial skills in Italian/English.
• Analytical mindset, hands-on mentality, process and data driven, customer orientation (understand the customer buying journey), goal, action and solution oriented.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
