About the Thunderhead Team Thunderhead, a Medallia company, is a recognized technology leader in the customer engagement and customer journey orchestration market. Thunderhead supports global technology partners with a best-in-class Real-Time Interaction Management (RTIM) and Journey Orchestration capability for their clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and use deep knowledge of the ONE Engagement Hub platform
- Scope, define, and design solutions, driving end–to–end technical solutions
- Provide technical management of the solution during proof-of-concept, pilot, and paid opportunities
- Host technical learning sessions for internal and external audiences
- Collaborate and contribute solution ideas for productization consideration
- Stay abreast of new technology/technical areas and share information about solutions to enable customer competence to build
- Develop technical presentations and proposals and perform customer presentations
- Assist with in-platform configuration needs to support client use cases
- Deliver a combination of Customer Success motions in support of the client as well as billable activities as needed to fulfill services engagements that eclipse normal CS activities
- Work with the core team to support the deployment of the Thunderhead solution
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 + years of relevant experience
- 2+ years experience of software product development / engineering; SaaS / platform environment
- Ability to leverage APIs to pass data to and from client systems
- Demonstrated capability to analyze the rationale behind business requirements, explain how a solution design will address the business value/need, and translate the requirements into a lightweight, documented solution recommendations
- Strong Front End capabilities, including modern browser practices and
- JavaScript knowledge
- Strong, demonstrated capability to create new solution components via Node JS, microservices, and serverless cloud computing services
- Strong adherence to best practice solution design and execution to ensure reuse and transportability to other clients
- Willingness to travel, based on client requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of / experience with serverless architectures (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions)
- Mobile development and SDK experience, either iOS or Android
- Experience with enterprise-class software / platforms
- 2+ years working in needs analysis, solution design, and configuration/delivery of enterprise SaaS CRM and/or Digital Marketing solutions
- BS in computer science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
