The selected candidate will serve as the Operations Integration Manager for Aeronautics in Pinellas Park.
• Provide oversight and leadership for all site support initiates including Facilities, Maintenance, Environment Health and Safety (ESH), Information Technology (IT) and special projects.
• Responsible for setting the strategic direction for the site from an operations integration and support perspective to ensure a growth-focused, safe, and environmentally sustainable work environment.
• Responsible for ensuring Pinellas complies with all relevant ESH and safety regulations (Regulatory & Corporate Compliance, Occupational Health & Safety, Medical, Aero Codes, SPIs, ISO 14001, etc) and for facilities capital planning, including current expansion and future site modifications.
• Provide leadership and direction for employees in the ESH, Facilities/Maintenance, and IT departments. He/she will be responsible for contributing to a culture that promotes collaboration, a safe working environment, a commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and site effectiveness.
• Responsible for developing and coaching of employees.

Basic Qualifications:
• Project management experience
• Experience with manufacturing and production methodologies
• Experience using Tools, Machines, & Systems using in a fabrication and production environment
Desired Skills:
• Team leadership experience
• Strong communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office products for reports, written communications, presentations, and data evaluation
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• Knowledge of Lockheed Martin manufacturing safety and health processes and ISO 14001
• Experience with OSHA, EPA and NFPA Regulations
• Experience preparing for ESH/Safety assessments
• Experience with Performance Management Teams, 6S and Continuous Improvement Strategies
