Job Description

The Manager, Product Development role will responsible for a team building and supporting technical integrations between the Tradeshift platform and e-invoice compliance partners and e-invoice interoperability networks such as PEPPOL, EasyTrade and Chorus Pro.

The position will include the following responsibilities:

• Defining and managing a roadmap for compliance and interoperability integrations in cooperation with commercial and technical stakeholders
• Defining requirements and specifications for integrations between Tradeshift and its compliance partners
• Understanding and supporting changes to global e-invoicing requirements
• Partnering with the Product Management and Engineering teams to design solutions that support e-invoicing solutions in markets supported by Tradeshift Pay
• Delivering high quality solutions on an agreed-to schedule
• Managing a team of 3-5 integration specialists

Qualifications

• Experience using data integration solutions
• In-depth experience with data exchange formats such as XML, CSV, and JSON
• In-depth experience with EDI formats such as EDIFACT / EANCOM, IDoc, PEPPOL BIS, etc. as well as interoperability networks such as PEPPOL, EasyTrade and Chorus Pro
• Experience with integration
• Basic knowledge of communication protocols such as SFTP, AS2, HTTPS, etc.
• Experience managing small teams of technical staff
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• E-Invoice and e-invoice compliance experience a major plus
