ADP is hiring a Funds Control Analyst

In this role, you will serve as ADP’s front line associate to help our clients with funding questions for all ADP products, educating, guiding internal departments , clients on ADP’s risk policies, and evaluating client funding behavior to mitigate risk for ADP. You carry the weight of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.

Your focus on a day to day basis will center around the mitigation of risk. Our associates will work with our banking and internal partners, clients, and peers to provide timely resolution. In addition, there are a number of deadlines, reports, and transactions that you will process on a day to day basis in order to ensure we pay America. Our environment is fast-paced – and there is no shortage of work that will not keep things interesting.

What you can expect on a typical day:

Monitoring and Reporting:

• Analyze trends and anomalies and make the appropriate recommendations. Report results to staff, management, and business partners. Provide guidance and feedback that leads to improved performance.
• Define and create queries via USMM software such as Business Warehouse, TOAD, FTS, QMF, etc. based on business/user needs. Modify query output to streamline information presented; provide end users with reports of service metrics and volumes.

Technical Support:

• Compile and create custom and standardized reports utilizing available tools (may include: MS Excel, MS Access, Office365)
• Troubleshoots and provides technical support to associates and management, regarding the TotalPay and Tax Filing features, procedures, credit resources, etc.
• Acts as a subject matter expert for internal and external business partners regarding system issues, ADP Risk Policy, training procedures, and Fed Tax Deposit cycles.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of Excel
• BS - Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent
• Credits toward MBA, or MS in Business Analytics or similar degree
• 1 - 3 Years of Experience in Finance or Accounting; or Data Analysis; or Tax processing

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

• Experience noted above, OR
• Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.

Bonus points for these: Preferred Qualifications

• Mainframe/Tax Knowledge, SAP/N8
• Understanding of Tableau or similar dashboards and familiarity with Office 365, Power Apps, and Power Automation.
