We are looking for an exceptionally thoughtful, detail-oriented, and fast executing manager with experience in digital customer acquisition strategies, to support our push for growth within current and future quip products and services. The individual will be a part of a broader growth team working to better understand customer segments, build smart tests, iterate, and optimize to grow the quip subscriber base and funnel users to relevant quip content. A desire to be first to new channels and partner closely with network partners is key.

The ideal candidate will have experience strategizing, building, optimizing, and reporting on marketing campaigns across digital, including SEM and programmatic display/video. An understanding of today's search, CTT/OTT, and display ecosystems along with the strategies to best utilize relevant tools for retargeting or remarketing is essential. Responsible for vetting vendors and tools to add to our marketing stack, and managing junior talent for in-platform optimization reporting and ad-ops. Confidence in organizing systems to sustain and support KPIs is key.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with a team to actively develop programs and media campaigns across digital channels.
  • Oversee the management of Paid Search, OLV, Paid Social, and other digital programs
  • Establish and grow quip’s display and video capabilities
  • Identify tools and services that augment our strategy to maintain a competitive edge
  • Develop and maintain key performance metric reports that track the efficacy of implemented strategies, including CPS, CPL, CAC and brand lift studies
  • Manage and aggregate channel level reporting to help build an integrated view of our acquisition landscape
  • Help inform recommendations for acquisition strategies as part of the acquisition team (new channels, audiences, tactics, bidding strategies, targeting options)
  • Work with the broader marketing, ecommerce, retention and data teams to make informed decisions about attribution, conversion rate optimization, and page pathing.
  • Participate in marketing strategy sessions and identification of long term growth opportunities
  • Leverage data from multiple sources to evaluate LTV’s from various demographics and channels
  • Hold opinions on marketing data management and operate well at the intersection of search, display, CTV/OTT and other media bought programmatically, direct or via auction digitally.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience
  • 2+ years of Paid Search experience required
  • 1+ years of Paid Social and Display/Video campaigns
  • Experienced working with a large and complex customer base
  • Experience in an e-commerce business or agency and with other forms of digital marketing (experience with content marketing is a plus)
  • Customer-centric mindset and the ability to understand quip’s target consumer
  • Robust analytical skills and a desire to use data in creative ways to drive and measure results
  • Strong project management, attention to detail, and a no-task-too-small mentality
  • Bonus: B2B and B2C experience
