Job Description

RollWorks is looking for Manager II, Creative Brand Strategy to join the Marketing team and produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling materials and digital experiences for sophisticated B2B audiences. This role reports into the Director, Communications & Content and will be responsible for driving the creative vision and strategic execution necessary to bring the RollWorks brand to life across all types of marketing channels, including RollWorks.com.

The Manager II, Creative Brand Strategy will share our passion for the brand we’re building, as well as our passion for helping our customers thrive through account-based marketing. This is a high-visibility role with the potential to make a lasting impact across the organization and influence our brand awareness as we push forward on our mission of democratizing ABM.

This role is open in our San Francisco, New York City, Salt Lake City offices, or Remote.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Own the creative vision for RollWorks across all assets, including digital advertising, experiential, video, website, print, and sales collateral
  • Collaborate across the RollWorks Marketing team to translate brand marketing objectives into clear and motivating marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Orchestrate and lead both small-scale and large-scale projects, harnessing strategy, compelling content, digital and brand design, and technology to ensure results optimally address marketing goals and challenges
  • Collaborate with product marketing and demand gen teams, as well as additional partners across the BU, to ensure their work aligns with the brand expression guidelines

The skills you’ll bring:

  • Deep experience crafting integrated B2B campaigns in a technical category, across all marketing channels, with heavy emphasis on digital and web
  • Background in leading complex B2B brand initiatives and marketing/advertising campaigns, from developing vision and the messaging platform to coordinating production on time and budget through to execution
  • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives, and the ability to translate business objectives into compelling experiences that motivate audiences, drive conversions, and build brand awareness
  • Highly skilled with coordinating and directing outsourced creative freelancers and agencies
  • Proficient in project and time management skills; ability to balance multiple priorities under tight deadlines, in a lively, evolving, fast-paced environment
