Job Description

• When it comes to developing differentiating solutions, you keep the whole journey of users and customers including conceptualizing customer journeys and turning them into tangible and visually appealing prototypes.
• You manage the implementation of compelling solutions and coordinate design projects across the whole lifecycle from generating insights and ideating potential solutions, create and test prototypes and visualizing future opportunities.
• You act as a key interface between all stakeholders. Your ability for empathizing with people and your analytic way of thinking enable you to recognize and address challenges holistically, pro-actively and creatively. Keep up to date with the market and industry to implement the latest technologies in the design process.
• You align user, customer, technology and business needs in prototypes. While others may still struggle with the complexity of an issue, you make things tangible.
• You are a part of the UX core team of Bosch Global Business Services and collaborate closely with different disciplines and domain experts in an international context and strengthen the UX community at Bosch.

Qualifications

• Education: degree in interaction design, interface design, comparable field of study, or technical studies with affinity for interface design and product interaction design
• Personality and working Practice: open-minded, creative, communicative, well-organized, resilient and ability to solve problems in a pro-active and creative manner
• Experience and Knowledge: working experience as a UX, UI, Interaction designer or UX prototyper; Servicenow or Qualtrics related experience is a plus
• Qualifications: high level of proficiency in current interaction design tools (e.g. Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma) as well as Adobe CC and a sense for visual design. Creation and application of wireframes, flows and interaction for products and/or web based services. Strong communication, presentation and client-facing skills. Solid proficiency in SW prototyping is a plus.
• Enthusiasm: passionate about working in cross-functional teams and co-creating solutions with customers, enthusiastic about understanding needs and solving problems and a high level of motivation to develop ideas from paper to production
• Languages: fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
