Job Description

• You are a proven expert in user experience & user interface design for B2B & B2C digital touchpoints
• You are the expert for our B2B and B2C users as you know how they use our digital touchpoints & services and know their pain points
• Collaborate with product owners & development teams of digital B2B & B2C touchpoints and help shaping the Bosch Power Tools user experience of the future
• Conduct all stages of UX research from identifying, planning, driving, conducting, analyzing and reporting user insights
• Analyze customer responses, website and app data to identify opportunities and scale them globally
• Use a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods to apply to research questions
• Produce and share research insights that result in impact. Communicate, advocate for and socialize actionable insights in a clear and compelling way.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate user experience and design ideas
• Co-develop and stay up-to-date with our digital design system across websites, apps, social media and other digital touchpoints and consult those teams accordingly

Qualifications

• You have +5 years of experience in creating and implementing UX- & UI Design for digital touchpoints. Experience in working with digital design systems is of advantage
• Demonstrable UX design skills with a strong portfolio
• You have a degree in UX design or a UX-related discipline (UX design, visual design, communication design, computer science, psychology, etc.)
• You are experienced in creating (LoFi/HiFi) prototypes & wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
• You are familiar with visual design and wire-framing tools such as: Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop etc.
• You never stop growing profound functional knowledge and expertise.
• You are fluent in English and have strong communication skills
• You are up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• You are mobile and ready to travel regularly national and international for several days
