Job Description

The Supply Chain Replenishment Analyst will be the first line of contact with our customers, this role is the face of the inventory management experience of C.H. Robinson. They will manage daily, weekly, and monthly needs across multiple teams internally and externally. Leveraging historical data, industry trends, and current weather conditions, they will forecast customer inventory needs 10 to 21 days in advance of delivery. The ability to understand trends, sell their knowledge and remain flexible will aid this role in adding exceptional customer service and value to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Communicates with transportation team to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of goods
• Communicates with service centers and 3PLs on daily activities, inventory, and order execution
• Communicates directly with growers, vendors, retailers, wholesalers, and food service regarding overall program strategy
• Communicates directly with customers and suppliers regarding inventory pricing and strategy
• Collects, verifies, inputs, and reconciles customer inventory
• Manages daily inventory across various service centers
• Forecasts daily, weekly, monthly customer needs
• Manages daily activities across multiple software platforms
• Loads building/optimization of truck
• Assists in employee training and onboarding
• Operates within specific SOP or Pricing Agreements as outlined by leadership
• Supports all aspects of customers process and SOPs to ensure consistency in service and execution
• Performs to tactical and operational KPI targets
• Builds internal relationships with the transportation and supply teams to ensure customer service levels are met
• Builds external relationships across varying levels of the customer and supplier organization to sell knowledge and expertise
• Adapts to changing market conditions and fluctuations in demand
• Monitors the weather in marketplaces of the customer and growing regions of your managed categories
• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements

Required Qualifications:

• High School Degree or GED
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Ability to travel up to 5% (domestically)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Solid relationship building skills with customers, growers, and internal teams
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make moderate to complex data-driven decisions
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, sometimes out of normal business hours
• Strong attention to detail with high standards for work; a customer service mindset
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to resolve moderately complex issues in a timely manner
