We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Sales & Events Administrator (m/f/d) to support our team.

Your day looks like this:

  • Processing, organization and implementation of group and event requests
  • professional sales of events, meetings, conferences and group bookings
  • Takeover of administrative activities such as preparation of offers, follow-up and option checks, drafting of contracts and all correspondence
  • Trustworthy contact for our customers when planning and implementing their events
  • Ensuring that the events you manage run smoothly
  • close cooperation with our sales team and all other departments in our company
  • optimal communication with customers and colleagues

  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, other foreign languages ​​are an advantage

This employment relationship is classified in the collective agreement for the hotel industry. Depending on the qualification, the minimum gross salary is €1,853/LG3 based on full-time work.
