About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Coordinator to join our growing People Operations team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day administration of HR functions and be the first point of contact on all HR-related matters. This is a highly collaborative role that will work very closely with our HRBPs and Payroll, while also helping support our team of 500 amazing 3Q/DEPTers. You will need to pay excellent attention to details, have superior organizational and time management skills, a high level of integrity, a commitment to confidentiality and discretion, and the ability to communicate concisely and effectively across all levels of the organization.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all questions related to HR and benefits policies and processes.
  • Administrative support for benefit and compensation matters, including but not limited to, benefit changes, open enrollment, invoice reconciliation, data record keeping, and answering general questions.
  • Managing the creation and maintenance of personnel files in our HRIS system and related systems, ensuring all necessary documentation is included in each file and data is formatted correctly.
  • Completing regular HRIS data quality and compliance reviews and audits.
  • Generating custom and ad hoc reporting from various HR platforms, including ADP Workforce Now and Lattice.
  • Managing employee and contractor onboarding and offboarding processes, working in conjunction with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and IT.
  • Owning administration of employee changes, including inputting changes in HRIS and sending out change forms.
  • Conducting employee background checks and employment eligibility verifications.
  • Administratively supporting various HR programs, such as performance reviews and employee recognition programs.
  • Administering and tracking delivery of company-wide compliance training programs.
  • Managing workers’ comp claims; FMLA, disability, extended leave; and other employment programs.
  • Filing annual reports, including ACA, OSHA, and EEO-1.
  • Coordinating with local stakeholders to manage labor law posters at all 3Q/DEPT office locations.
  • Other duties or special projects as assigned.

You’ll need to have:

  • Degree or Certificate in Human Resource Management, or 1+ years’ experience working in Human Resources
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and comfort in handling sensitive data
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills with a customer-service focus; must be able to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Working knowledge of HR concepts and laws
  • Solid organizational skills, including the ability to meet tight timeline objectives and multi-task on assignments

Additional things that will impress us:

  • Past experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of HR policy in CA, IL, NY
  • Familiarity with any of these platforms is a plus: ADP Workforce Now, Bamboo, Lattice, Slack, Google Suite
