Fiverr is looking for a passionate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who will work directly with Fiverr and our subsidiaries' companies . You will be responsible for managing all HR functions including onboarding, employee performance & development, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and nurturing & developing the company culture.

Our work model is hybrid, combining remote and on-site work . This allows us to get things done when and where we are most productive.

What am I going to do?

• Work with Fiverr and Fiverr’s subsidiary companies to be the face of HR, facilitating frameworks and strategy.
• Build strong relationships and act as HR point of contact to support employees and managers throughout the employment lifecycle.
• Partner with managers on performance management, talent, compensation, and internal mobility processes as it relates to your partner organizations
• Coach managers on performance management, feedback, and employee development
• Implement HR policies and strategies that optimize growth.
• Drive performance optimization and assist with people management.
• Work closely with managers and employees to promote work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
• ​Conduct recurring meetings with managers and employees.
• Other tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience (preferably roles in Tech companies, working in a fast-paced/startup environment).
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
• High attention to details and multitasking skills.
• A ‘Can do attitude’ and result-oriented.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field.
