THE POSITION:

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Sportsbook. As a Content Operations Associate, you will be part of a dedicated team based in our Cherry Hill office. Reporting into the Sportsbook Content Manager, you will work closely with our Sportsbook Ops, Customer Support, Marketing and Trading teams as well as other key departments throughout the business to execute the overall Sportsbook content strategy in accordance with content expectations and procedures and delivering a first class betting experience for our customers.

THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Ensure site content is optimized including regular checks to make sure display orders, coupons and banners are shown correctly on site for key events and markets for all Sportsbook products.
  • Contribute towards the improvement of site procedures and the tools which support it.
  • Execute all promotions and customer communications in a timely fashion, meeting customer demand.
  • Work with the team to execute detailed content plans with line with our agreed localized Content strategy.
  • Manage all Sportsbook homepages real time, ensuring all key events are clearly signposted.
  • Deliver all site content following the signed off schedule, managing content live and making real time decisions when required.
  • Own the banner management process, from building to execution.
  • Build and maintain all coupons on site, regularly reviewing performance and benchmark against key local marketplace competitors.
  • Carry out daily tasks within the Sportsbook CMS for betting content.
  • Monitor customer behavior and journey success through GA monitoring and modify future navigational plans to optimize the customer experience.
  • Logging and tracking of any ongoing issues, owning them to resolution and reporting on SLA.
  • Regular competitor analysis in local market to keep FOXBet up to date.
