The Senior Manager of Global Affluent and Core Product Marketing will play a key role in driving global premium product growth and evolving the Visa brand. Affluent and Core Product generate a large portion of Visa’s business. The affluent business is a growth engine for Visa and Affluent consumers are largely insulated from any downturn from global macro events. With most restrictions lifted, purchasing behaviors are starting to take off, which represents an opportunity for our brand to re-engage our customers and to contribute to the overall business objectives.
The person in this role will be the biggest advocate for the Visa brand. This role is responsible for developing marketing objectives, strategies, and programs to support the achievement of Visa’s business and brand objectives. This role is a recognized expert in developing compelling marketing strategies, plans, and communications that drive increased multiple stakeholder brand preference. This individual will lead all aspects of creative development and agency operations for global marketing initiatives.
This is a unique role: you’ll need to be comfortable with all aspect of creative development, insights, and data analyses, combined with excellent communication skills and executive presence and a strong desire to drive improvement in how we develop and deliver global marketing communications. This position will report to the Senior Director of Global Affluent and Core Product Marketing.
The position is open to candidates in the following cities: San Francisco, CA and Miami, FL.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.
Basic Qualifications:
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
