Takeda Turkey operates in Turkey since 2009; we are providing better health to patients in different therapeutic areas which are Oncology, Hematology, Rare Genetic Diseases, Immunology and GI.

We are currently looking for a strong profiles with the right attitude to join our Commercial & Demand Planning department as "Commercial Excellence Lead".

Job Purpose:

Commercial Excellence Lead will be responsible for being excellence in reporting and analysis and to make recommendations for profitable sales to develop new reports and analyses in line with the need for team and Franchises. Commercial Excellence Lead will be reporting to Commercial Operations Manager.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Acting as a key contributor for first direct business requirements for Digital change projects
  • Engaging with customers to fully understand business needs then recommend and prioritize development of digital solutions to the Commercial team.
  • Contributing to sale strategic of Takeda and playing a critical role in designing and monitoring commercial approach, develop and implement long term commercial growth strategies across channel/business
  • Ensure the effective management of process change management, integrity of data, reporting and education
  • Develop, upgrade and monitor Commercial Operations systems in close collaboration with IT.
  • Lead opportunistic projects with Commercial Field team, Supply Chain, Franchise, Finance: i.e. warehouse stock & out analysis, channel management, sales target, process optimization and Data management.
  • Lead execution of Global Tender and Order process as Tender Champion of Turkey.
  • Develop new reports for Takeda and Commercial Team's requirements
  • Develop new projects together with the Commercial Operations Manager to improve Commercial and Sale processes and contribute to sales.
  • Following and reporting the stock & out movements and stock day levels of private, tender and retail warehouses belonging to Takeda, announcing these within Commercial team and Franchise departments.
  • Daily reporting of Retail, Tender & Private Hospital warehouse order performance
  • Sourcing, reporting, monitoring and interpretation of sales data for regional and national basis , Publishing daily sales reports.

General Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from Business, Statistics, Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the areas of Commercial, Warehouses and Sales.
  • Advanced level skills in MS Office (expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel)
  • Fluency in English is a must

  • Ability to solve problems holistically
