Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring that unit standards are maintained in terms of customer profitability, pricing, contracts, and equipment investments in a centralized approach for new Center of Excellence. Collaborates on the development and implementation of customer and contract performance metrics and tools. Analyzes prospective customer agreements to assess profitability and risk and makes recommendations to improve profitability, where needed.

Job Description

This position will attend the Boca Raton, FL Comcast office in a hybrid & flexible work environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, evaluates, coaches and counsels staff of 2 Finance Analysts, 3 Coordinators, and 1 Auditor.
• Provides training and education to exempt and non-exempt employees on tools and metrics to improve financial performance.
• Reviews and analyzes forecasts and recommends changes when appropriate. Updates forecasts for new developments to provide management with a current perspective of the business.
• Financial analysis of performance, profitability, and expense budgeting presented to Leadership for decision making.
• Develops, evaluates, and implements performance metrics for functions supervised. Measures and analyzes actual performance to make recommendations for improving where needed.
• Analyzes actual results against encouraged performance and communicates areas for improvement.
• Collaborates with other operational departments such as Technical Operations, Construction, and Business Services to ensure resources are available to support needs and special projects.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Specifications:

• Microsoft Excel skills for data modeling, statistical analysis, and data management.
• Return of Investment Analysis - Use of analytics to help guide business decisions; thinking of creative ways to analyze unique business scenarios so as to clearly depict the pros/cons of contending alternatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively communicate with all audiences. Ability to present information in a variety of formats (charts, graphs, tables) that help Leadership and all collaborators understand.
• Notable problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities.
• Leadership to train and develop team.

Bachelor's Degree
