Product Marketing Manager

Job Description

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help us support product marketing initiatives for a social commerce and Heyday portfolio and as well as cross-portfolio project management for the PMM team. Reporting to <Sr. Manager, Product Marketing > the Product Marketing Manager will support and execute go-to-market strategies under the guidance of management and the senior product leaders. Additionally, you’ll be supporting marketing and research projects across other Hootsuite and Heyday Product portfolios.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Build strategies and plans to differentiate Heyday products from competition through positioning, messaging, and enablement.
• Provide in-house expertise on commerce market trends, competitive landscape, and positioning.
• Develop of a marketing plan that drives market interest and generates demand through integrated global campaigns
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
• Create compelling sales collaterals and internal enablement for customer facing teams
• Launch new features to self-serve in scalable ways that demonstrate knowledge of product led growth strategies.
• Work with product and customer success teams to gather and synthesize feedback from customers to influence functionality requirements.
• Develop customer buyer personas through qualitative and quantitative research
• Performs other related duties as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Significant experience in marketing or product marketing
• Experience in retail, ecommerce, or product led growth is a plus
• Strong fluency with corporate social media strategies & metrics
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills French and English
