Join the Cvent Brand and Marketing Creative Team. We are looking for a talented Video Editor and Producer who knows how to develop a strong narrative from script to final edit. Strong use of typography, voice overs, music and sound design and editing from custom or stock footage. You will collaborate with graphic designers and other video editors to help bring your vision to life.

Responsibilities:

• Work as a key member of the creative team to conceptualize, produce and edit narrative based videos such as corporate stories, testimonials, or product releases.
• Work off creative brief to understand video requirements such as voice, persona and target audience and translate into high quality and engaging narratives to be delivered during presentations, events, and the corporate web site.
• Work directly with designers to understand the desired brand look and feel.

Minimum Skills:

• Expert level of experience using Adobe After Effects and Premiere.
• A strong portfolio showcasing skills in editing, storytelling, and sound design.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Savvy, conceptual thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in the following programs, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, including Word, and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and accurately set and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with a sense of humor!
• Demo Reel required
• Open to working EST or CST hours

Preferred Skills:

• Event production experience a plus.
• B2B experience in a marketing department a plus.
• Setting up a shoot with lighting and sound a plus.
• Photography experience a plus.
