About the role:

The Value Capture Strategy and Operations Manager will lead the “command and control” center and strategic partnerships for Risk Adjustment at Oscar.

This role will oversee the strategic planning, operational planning and implementation of risk adjustment program as well as strategic vendor relationships from evaluation through launch. Risk adjustment is a critical function for Oscar and this role will be highly visible managing this function for the business.

You will report into the Associate Director, Value Capture Program Design & Optimization. This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington. Responsibilities:

• Build, monitor, and iterate on our strategy and operations for risk adjustment programs
• Evaluate strategic vendor partners, and manage end to end relationships from diligence through contracting, launch and ongoing operational support
• Manage and maintain relationships with relevant cross functional stakeholders; reporting out on successes to executive audience

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant operational and strategic planning work
• 2+ years management consulting experience
• Successfully executed enterprise-wide initiatives: defined project plans, coordinated resources, managed implementation activities, and developed all processes associated with program rollout and ongoing support
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth environment
• Experience working in the healthcare industry
