Job Description

We are expanding our Early Careers Recruitment team at Visa! We are looking for an Early Careers Recruiter . In this role, you will be responsible for recruitment of Early in Careers talent. You will manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for intern and New College Graduate roles for a wide range of Visa business units. You are encouraged to be consultative with an ability to align TA delivery with HR and business strategy and needs.

In this role, you will own, drive and deliver as well as collaborate on regional or global projects and initiatives that impact Early Careers Talent Acquisition. You will report into the Manager, Early Careers Talent Acquisition and collaborate with teammates across the sourcing, recruiting and programs functions. You will partner with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and leadership teams on all talent acquisition related activity.

In this role you will:

  • Define and manage the full cycle recruiting strategy and process including, but not limited to screening, interview process management, maintaining candidate relationships, creating and extending offers, and closing candidates
  • Partner with University School Recruiters and Sourcers to ensure seamless transition of candidates with a focus on high quality candidate experiences
  • Ensure overall candidate pipeline & talent pool is sufficient to fulfill requisition load
  • Collaborate with other members of recruiting team on fulfillment, process, etc.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their teams’ hiring needs and team dynamics and hire top students, including intake sessions, hiring debrief calls, managing onsite interview days, etc.
  • Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion recruiting initiatives to expand the diverse talent pipeline in collaboration with the Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) team and participate in Diversity conferences such as NSBE, SHPE, MLT, Afrotech, etc.
  • Work consistently to ensure an excellent candidate experience from first- connection to post-internship
  • Strong project management skills and comfortable with providing timely and clear reporting of progress, data and roadblocks
  • Real passion for innovation shown through creative recruiting strategies and continuous process improvement. Stay informed of external market factors affecting business areas, identify new recruiting practices and trends and utilize industry-leading hiring methodologies
  • Attend on campus /intern events, as needed

This position is open in the following locations: Bellevue Office - Washington State and all other Visa office locations.

Remote location may be considered. Leveling will be determined based on experience and business need.

This can be a hybrid or remote position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
• 2+ years of recruiting related work experience (Corporate and/or University Recruiting preferred) with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
• 3+ of recruiting experience with a Bachelor’s Degree (Corporate and/or University Recruiting preferred)
• Shows initiative and ability to exercise independent judgment
• Demonstrates a strong consultative, influential, and collaborative skill set
• Results-oriented
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proven team player with excellent verbal, written communication/presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Relentless drive to find and hire top university talent
• Demonstrated problem solver with strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across diverse teams

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
