Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Perform examinations of the company's IT systems and infrastructure and identify areas of improvements and optimisation
• Collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads and Technical team s to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent
• Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organisation
• Running training sessions and workshops on system processes
• Document requirements for new systems and may also help implement them and monitor their effectiveness.

• Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements
• Implement, configure, and test feasible solutions.
• Responsible for the design and deployment of u ser training and feedback on new systems

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 5 + years’ experience working with information technologies and systems analysis

• Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
• Very strong communication (verbal and written) and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences; backed-up with strong interpersonal, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills
• Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems
• Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of programming language s, s ecurity concepts and open standards

• Experience working in an environment that uses REST APIs & Web services , a pplication s ervers & d atabase t echnologies

Ideally, you’ll also have

• A degree in a technical or IT subject, or comparable experience gained from a related role.
• Engineering background, with proven experience in solution design and technical architecture
• Strong security and data protection awareness, relating to GDPR would be an advantage

• Proficient user of Excel, Outlook and Word
