Senior Technical Recruiter

Job Description

In this role, you will:

• Source and develop talent pipelines, and facilitate full life-cycle recruitment for mid to senior level technical roles.
• Conduct initial screen calls, review and calibrate candidate pipelines and educate hiring teams on networking and keep warm strategies.
• Use various sources including LinkedIn Recruiter, talent communities, CRM, conference attendee lists, Google searches, etc. to target talent aligned to appropriate roles.
• Consult with IT business partners on interview best practices and making inclusive hiring decisions.
• Prepare job offers and lead negotiation strategies with candidates and hiring managers.

What it takes:

• An undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience
• A minimum of five years related work experience and at least one year technical recruiting experience

When our Crew return to the office, many will work in our hybrid model. A smaller proportion of our crew will operate in the Work from Home work model (for example, field sales crew); or in the Work from Office model (for example, portfolio managers).
