You are responsible for

  • Serving as the internal advocate for the customer, helping to drive support in order for the customer to achieve their business objectives.
  • Assisting customers in solving point-in-time technical challenges
  • Acting as a direct point of contact for the customer and account team to drive resolution of product and support issues and communicate within the organization to meet the customer’s needs.
  • Deep understanding & maintain documentation of assigned customers’ environment and leverage this information to ensure overall system health & optimum performance
  • Using technical acumen, solution expertise and customer-facing skills to effectively represent Philips within a customer’s environment and drive discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs and risk management
  • Providing advocacy and tactical technical advice to help plan, maintain, expand and upgrade solutions using standard methodologies, and enthusiastically keep your customers’ Philips environments operationally healthy
  • Collecting Voice of Customer (VoC) input

You are a part of
Enterprise Diagnostics Informatics (EDI)

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline
  • 10 – 12 years of working experience with min 5 years in similar capacity
  • Technical Background in Biomed/Infrastructure/Troubleshooting/Technical Consulting/Systems Administration/Networking/DevOps/Applications Development
  • Experience in Services/Solutions Delivery and Operations Management in a similar environment
  • Experience leading a small team
  • Experience leading solution delivery projects
  • ITIL Foundation certification a plus
  • Strong communications and presentation skills
  • A strong team player
