As a Business & Data Analyst with the Parcel Team you will implement and onboard customers, as well as provide customers with advanced analytics. Additionally, you will leverage your skills in data gathering (SQL), scripting (R and Python) and visualization (Power BI) to provide customers with ad hoc solutions as requested.

You will operate in a critical function, diving into parcel data and serving as a key contributor on an impactful team of Data Analysts and Developers, whose work will result in tangible differences in our Supply Chain offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively deliver and communicate recommendations to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
• Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives; collaborating with team members to measure and achieve success
• Be a peer contributor and contributor on a team of analysts, aligned to specific product teams, and foster a team culture that brings diverse, creative, value-added solutions
• Synthesize data into actionable insights about our shippers/carriers, providing customers with the best information to improve cost and reduce transit time
• Obtain required information for deployments and integrations
• Identify, document, and report system defects and enhancements
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures, training materials, contribute to knowledge base articles, as well as conduct training
• Assist with troubleshooting customer account team questions and issues

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in tools such as Python, R, and SQL
• Proficient in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Domo, etc.
• Experience creating compelling and intuitive dashboards to enable stakeholders with critical metrics, focusing on anomaly detection and actionable data
• 2 years of professional or educational experience in advanced analytics methodologies such as experimentation and testing including A/B testing tools and concepts
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and a high school diploma/GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Values a diverse and inclusive work environment
• 2 years of experience with customer analytics techniques such as segmentation, churn prediction, cohort analysis etc.
• Demonstrated success distilling large quantities of information (billions of records) into clear and concise insights, formulating actionable recommendations
• Exceptional verbal/written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across all types of stakeholders
• Familiarity with API (Application Programming Interface), EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), CSV (Comma-Separated Values), Data ingestion/normalization
• Familiarity with SAAS (Software as a Service)
• Experience with SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol)
