Digital Data Analyst

Job Description

Analyzes data, assesses trends, and develops actionable insights and recommendations in support of business objectives. Trains and develops junior analysts. Specializes in analytics related to website design, content management, multimedia, digital product management, user analytics, and/or customer/user experience.

Core Responsibilities:

• Engages with internal partners to understand business strategy, requirements, questions, and goals. Brings structure to business requests, translates requirements into an analytical project approach, and leads projects through completion. Delegates tasks and provides tactical and strategic guidance to peers.
• Develops appropriate data tracking strategy using Adobe Experience Cloud products
• Creates technical tagging specifications per business requirements related to digital analytics implementation.
• Supports developer teams in Implementation and Validation of digital tagging solution.
• Validates analytical techniques employed by other analysts.
• Identify and diagnose data tagging inconsistencies and errors, propose solutions to fix issues.
• Experience with Adobe Target for optimization - Handling A/B Tests, Experience based Targeting setup and troubleshooting.
• Apply proven and innovative data capture methods to develop and deliver insights that go beyond experiment, measurement and enable actions.
• Mentors, coaches, trains, and develops junior data analysts. Proactively expands knowledge of business and analytics and shares with team members. Shares and documents best practices.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Ideal Experience

• Adobe Experience Cloud products like Adobe Launch and Adobe Target are strongly preferred
• Experience in customer experience management solutions or session replay technologies
• Experience in SQL and Visualization software preferred (e.g.Tableau, MS Power BI)

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years related work experience with Web analytics solutions including Adobe Analytics, Tag management solution like Adobe Launch or Tealium at a large enterprise organization (i.e. many digital properties with global view)
• Undergraduate degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of training and experience

Future of Work

During the pandemic, we transitioned to a work from home model for the majority of our crew and we continue to interview, hire, and on-board future crew remotely.
