Finance COE Manager - Finance Transformation

Job Description

KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in our Finance Managed Services team for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

· Utilize Financial Planning and Analysis acumen to execute financial planning and reporting activities in support of our clients’ finance teams focusing on monthly forecasting, annual planning, monthly reporting, ad hoc analysis requests

· Identify opportunities and insights for the clients to continuously improve the FP&A reporting

· Acted as the FP&A manager for a business unit, corporate FP&A function or other equivalent

· Experience creating budgets, forecasts, reporting and taking actions against gaps to the budget

· Actively participated in monthly / quarterly business reviews as the FP&A manager

· Knowledge and experience with the software development lifecycle methodology and application developments such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, MS Dynamics, Adaptive, Anaplan, OneStream, RPA tools, BI tools, and other ERP tools

Qualifications:

· A minimum of five years of experience in the areas of financial accounting, finance operations, Shared Services, financial planning & analysis, and accounting in a consulting environment.

· Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university

· Strong verbal and analytical skills

· Minimal travel required
