Job Overview
This Order to Cash and Customer capabilities IT leadership role will be responsible for partnering with the business leaders to drive the implementation and orchestration of the Newell Brands integrated Supply Chain transformation. The role provides partnership and guidance to the global Order Management community to ensure business goals and value realizations are met through effective provision of technology solutions and services. The Global Order to Cash IT Director will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of solutions within timelines and budget. The team reporting to this role will be responsible for delivering the newell brands transformation initiatives while providing production support and enhancements to maintain operations.
Responsibilities:
This Director role is responsible for IT Order-to-Cash global delivery organization, working closely with leadership of the newell brands business teams in customer services, sales, trade and consumer care to enable newell’s long-term vision and success for Order to Cash functions across the enterprise global platform. This position reports to the VP of Global Business Applications and is expected to lead global harmonized capability and delivery teams supporting business functions for Order to Invoice, Order Fulfillment, Warehouse, Revenue Growth Management and Consumer Services. Key capabilities will be the ability to work with/influence senior leaders, manage resources, budgets and deliver projects on time.
This role is responsible for the entire delivery lifecycle, including identifying business needs, managing portfolio prioritization, solution design and delivery. The ideal candidate will bring order management or supply chain subject matter expertise, industry best known methods, significant IT SAP solution delivery experience, influencing and negotiating skills and a demonstrated track record of delivering high-value business outcomes.
Qualifications:
This role requires deep knowledge of the Consumer Products industry, best practice, business and functional areas in order to be a trusted business advisor for all functions including Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, HR, and Legal and all services including business applications, application development / integration, reporting and analytics, data management, security and internal controls.

This role will be eligible for our current hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site in Atlanta, GA IT office and off-site.
