Digital Marketing Specialist (m/w/d)

Zum Aufgabengebiet des Digital Marketing Specialists zählen neben der Umsetzung der lokalen Online Marketing Programme auch der Ausbau und die Optimierung der Webseiten in Österreich und der Schweiz. Weiters ist das neue Team-Mitgleid für Systemimplementierungen im Bereich Marketing und Kommunikation sowie für umfangreiche Analysen zur Darstellung der digitalen Performance Indikatoren verantwortlich. Wir freuen uns auf pro-aktive/n Kandidaten/innen mit einem lösungs-orientierten Mindset und vielen Ideen, die sie eigenverantwortlich in diese Rolle miteinbringen möchten. Diese Position ist in das länderübergreifende Marketing Team Österreich-Schweiz eingebettet und berichtet direkt an die Marketingleitung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Optimierung und Ausbau der digitalen Präsenz in Österreich und der Schweiz
• Verantwortlich für die Aktualisierungen und Erweiterungen der lokalen Webseiten in Deutsch und Englisch, in Zusammenarbeit mit den internationalen Marketing-Teams
• Einhaltung aller Prozesse im Bezug auf Content-Erstellung
• Regelmäßige Überwachung der Performance aller Marketing-Aktivitäten
• Pro-aktive Abstimmung mit den regionalen Digital Marketing Kollegen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales Operations im Bezug auf Datenqualität
• Unterbreitung von strategischen Optimierungsvorschlägen der Kunden-Experience
• Unterstützung und Mitarbeit bei lokalen Projekten mit digitalem Charakter
• Interne Schulungen zu neuen Systemen und Tools

Anforderungen:

• Mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als digitale/r Marketingexperte/in
• Einschlägige Erfahrung mit dem Umgang digitaler und analytischer Instrumente, vor allem im Bereich Marketing-Automation, SEO und Google Analytics
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie großes Geschick im Wissenstransfer innerhalb des Teams
• Arbeitserfahrung in einem internationalen Umfeld mit Matrix-Organisations-Charakter
• Prozess-Affinität
• Sprachen: Deutsch (Muttersprache), Englisch (fließend in Wort und Schrift), Französisch von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Networkingfähigkeiten mit internationalem Mindset
• Selbstmotivierter Teamplayer
