The Role: Sensus, a Xylem brand, seeks to hire a Technical Program Manager. This position will be in the Software Analytics group in Xylem’s Sensus Growth Center. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of software delivery program (from Order to Acceptance) of Sensus Analytics software suite.
Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects Analytics and Portal Onboardings – From Order to SA Build, Integration to Invoicing.
- Be the Analytics team Point of contact for RNI upgrades and develop processes to ensure Analytics customers are not impacted during RNI upgrades
- Develop and implement financials tracking and reporting process to ensure Analytics orders are invoiced.
- Track key performance metrics and Provide monthly reports to management on SA onboarding.
- Work with Customers and software marketing to identify software improvement needs
- Implement continuous improvement processes with Professional Services around SA and Portal integrations.
- Become the subject matter expert in Analytics and Portal applications.
- Be the Analytics point of contact for engagement with Technical Support team, implement continuous improvement processes to improve the Analytics support process.
- Proactively handle all customer escalations and ensure communication and timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Product Marketing and Marketing Communications team activities related to Analytics and Portal Upgrades
- Work with technical documentation and Marketing teams to ensure SA is
- Apply project leadership skills to manage critical paths, develop timely countermeasures and build, influence and lead cross-functional teams to execute plans
- Participation in Xylem Watermark volunteer activities
