The Financial Manager will be an important member of the Finance team. This position will report to the Senior Manager of FP&A, and directly partner with sales leaders and be responsible for creating sales efficiency models, analyzing financial performance, investigating trends, improving forecasting and managing headcount in support of an International Sales organization. The ideal candidate possesses strong financial modeling skills, is detailed oriented, an effective communicator and able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain complex financial models that may cover areas including bookings, revenue, expense, and headcount over both near-term and long-range periods.
• To work with Budget Owners on the annual budget and monthly forecast, this includes being able to manage all Headcount and OPEX for Budget Owners and help provide insights into past performance and ensure future costs are being projected correctly while also ensuring Top Line numbers are being achieved.
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders and Sales Operations to communicate results, monitor key metrics and highlight trends.
• Be able to understand how different components of a Sales Compensation plan can help deliver the right mix of bookings for the company and compensation to the sales team.
• Partner with senior finance leaders, including the CFO, with ad-hoc modeling and business analysis projects.
• Present trends and findings in data to Sales Executive to inform and persuade them on business decisions.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of financial analysis experience
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience building detailed financial models
• Ability to work independently, prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of partnering within and across functions to improve processes and drive results
• Basic understanding of GAAP accounting principles
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience being a people manager
• Experience working with Workday Adaptive Planning, Salesforce.com, Tableau and/or PowerBI
• Public company finance experience
• Advanced degree and/or professional certification (MBA/CPA/CFA)
