Hudl is looking for an experienced leader for our Revenue Operations and Enablement teams to help us expand our impact in sports around the world. Our Rev Ops team partners with senior leaders to enact our go to market strategy. They maximize the efficiency of our approach by running projects in areas like data, tools, processes and training. This team is key to our plans for continued rapid growth.

We're looking for someone with experience leading Revenue or Sales Operations in a fast-growth SaaS business. In this role, you'll partner with leaders across our Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Support teams to chart out our next phase of growth.

We're looking for someone with a deep understanding of recurring revenue fundamentals, modern customer success metrics, and revenue technology. In this role you will take Hudl’s strategy and collaborate with department leaders to translate it into plans. You'll then ensure the Rev Ops team successfully executes them.

We're also looking for someone with a service-oriented approach. We view teams like Marketing and Sales as our customers and are genuinely excited to make their lives easier and help them reach their goals.

While this is a senior role where a lot of time will be spent with VPs and Directors, our company culture ensures you will be working with a wide range of people across the company, including individual sales and support reps. As a member of our Business Operations leadership team, you will partner with leaders in Decision Science, IT and Business Technology to ensure we’re planning to scale efficiently.

Our Lincoln, Omaha, and Boston offices are great spaces, but we have a flexible work culture—we trust you to work where you'll get your best work done. We are open to hiring someone remotely within the United States for this role.

You are

  • Knowledgeable in Revenue Operations fundamentals and their real life application, with SaaS experience preferred but not essential
  • Passionate about what it takes to grow our business and excited to be part of a global team with big goals
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment serving multiple stakeholders in multiple countries each with their own varying challenges
  • Analytical; you believe in fact-based decision making and can identify where we have gaps in our decision making
  • A Leader ; you understand the difference between leadership and management and are excited at the opportunity to develop the leaders in your teams
  • Able to consistently demonstrate an understanding of what life is like for your stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Support - what their challenges are as we grow, and how we should be should serving them
  • Flexible as you are able to plan for the long-term and execute weekly, while knowing that each year can be defined by the unexpected challenges we encounter and how we handle them
  • Collaborative and friendly - a strong, dependable partner for everyone around you

You will

  • Collaborate with our GTM teams as they execute their plans and rely on you to own areas related to technology, processes and data
  • Listen to your colleagues and stakeholders, take time to learn about their world and our customer’s world before making plans to serve them
  • Lead the way to ensure we operate with excellent practices that are designed for our future growth as much as today’s needs
  • Measure the impact of your work against leading indicators of sales performance, and also the lagging indicator of annual recurring revenue
  • Confidently articulate your ideas and solutions to stakeholders and cross-functional partners
  • Stay laser-focused on the experience of our customers and customer-facing teams, and how their day-to-day lives need to be improved for us to meet our goals
  • Challenge robustly but politely, always seeking ways to do better and repeatedly show a willingness to question the status quo
  • Influence leaders in various other teams - as you help everyone understand where we can improve, why we should change, and what specific steps they should take
  • Own your work, always being accountable to the business, your stakeholders and your peers for meeting your commitments and driving results
  • Know how and when to tactfully say, “No."
