A tactician, who will plan and execute first-class hiring strategies. Someone, who will play in our team at one goal - to bring the world’s top A-Players to Revolut 🏆 Are you ready? ⚽️ What you’ll be doing • Recruit exceptional A-Players to join Revolut's rapidly growing team • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile • Develop and refine an interview process that enhances our assessment quality while optimizing the candidate experience • Be a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a strong understanding of the talent pool • Facilitate a pipeline of strong candidates for future needs • Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates, selling Revolut as an employer of choice • Drive the offer process and close candidates • Consistently ensure a fantastic candidate experience • Be a subject-matter expert in your specialist market • Implement modern sourcing/recruiting methods What you'll need • Strong experience in full recruitment-cycle/talent acquisition • Strong experience with ATS • Recruiting exceptional A-Players to join Revolut's rapidly growing team • Collaborating with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile • Developing and refining an interview process that enhances our assessment quality while optimising the candidate experience • Being a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a strong understanding of the talent pool • Facilitating a pipeline of strong candidates for future needs • Screening CVs and interview qualified candidates • Driving the offer process and closing candidates • Consistently ensuring a fantastic candidate experience • Being a subject-matter expert in your specialist market • Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods • You really care about candidate ́s experience!
