Apple Cloud Services is seeking an extraordinary engineering program manager (EPM) that can help our Software Development Platform (SDP) team deliver innovative software developer tools/services and cloud technologies that will shape the future of software development at Apple. You’ll partner with teams across Apple to provide them with cutting edge CI/CD technologies that operate at massive scale and use technologies such as Tekton, Bazel, Spinnaker, and UI driven build pipelines. To improve developer productivity you’ll drive delivery of Developer Portals, a Service Marketplace and solution blueprints for Apple cloud and 3rd party clouds. • Solid track record of delivering innovative projects of varying scale and complexity on time.
• Knowledge of full lifecycle development process — including requirements analysis, design, development, deployment, testing and maintenance.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Self-motivated individual who is able to grasp new technical concepts quickly, adapt quickly to change and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and partners.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, databases, object storage, caching, and messaging.
• Knowledge of CI/CD technologies (e.g., Tekton, Bazel, Spinnaker, base images), developer portals and solution blueprints.
• Able to communicate effectively with large developer communities and large internal customer teams, gathering input on evolving needs and sharing both needs and project status with senior leaders.
• Comfortable working with engineering leads and their teams to drive the use of standard methodologies and processes (e.g., planning, schedule management, Agile, communications) and drive adoption.

Education & Experience

Education & Experience BA/BS in Computer Science with 4+ years of development and project delivery experience (or equivalent).
