Description:The Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) People Analytics and Technology (PA&T) team supports a Lockheed Martin Business Area with over 35,000 employees and 6,800 contractors located in 37 countries, with close to 450 locations and with sales exceeding $16.7B. This position will share responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of RMS employee data in the PeopleSoft Human Resources Management System (LMPeople) including Identifying and correcting data anomalies; creating queries, and analyzing data. Responsible for developing and fostering client relationships, working closely and consulting other members of the PA&T team to evaluate and anticipate business and HR data needs. Will provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity. Will help prepare and test data for conversion from PeopleSoft HRMS (LMPeople) to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC). Will input collective bargaining agreement (CBA) requirements into HRMS / EC.
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of information systems experience to include the demonstrated ability to analyze data and identify data trends. Strong Excel skills. Must be thorough and accurate with data and calculations, with unfailing attention to detail. Developed interpersonal / communications and presentation skills. Ability to work across organizational levels, business units, geographies, and cultural sensitivities to develop and maintain positive professional relationships. Ability to work in a virtual team and fast-paced, flexible environment. Ability to support client needs, foster client relationships and drive successful outcomes. Analytical and systems thinking mindset. Ability to work independently and navigate through ambiguous situations. Ability to learn and work in PeopleSoft HRMS and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Ability to work more than 40 hrs per week during surge periods and when workload otherwise requires it.
Desired Skills:
2+ years HRIS, Human Capital Management experience. Ability to understand and adapt to new technologies and evolving methodologies for analysis. Experience writing/executing queries for example with SQL, WebFOCUS &/or BOBJ. Familiarity with CBA language and requirements.
