As our quest to democratise financial services continues at blazing speed, our Seller Lifecycle Alliance is looking for an experienced Tech Manager for the Account Onboarding Area. In this role you will lead a group of incredibly talented people delivering best-in-class experiences for our customers.

As our business grows, so does our Tech Organisation. To make the magic happen, our Tech Managers play a fundamental role in showing the way forward while ensuring that our People are having fun working together toward a common vision.


A Glimpse Of What You Will Get Here
Account Onboarding creates the foundation on which all other product integrations can stand on. We primarily focus on our customers, the seller, and their business.

On a day-to-day basis, you will cooperate with a wide variety of passionate people making Sellers’ everyday experience astonishing. In this context, your mission will notably consist in co-setting the vision as well as the direction for your Product Area together with your fellow Product and Design Leads. In the same spirit, you'll also take part in similar discussions on the broader Product Organisation level.

With this in view, here's a preview of how you'll make an impact:
As a People Manager

  • Developing, training and nurturing your direct reports. As a leader, you foster People’s talent and encourage career growth via meaningful dialogues on performance and development
  • Attract and recruit talent
  • Keeping track of staffing while constantly ensuring that we have the right people with the right responsibilities in the right place at the right time.

From an organisational perspective

  • Closely working with your fellow leads in Product & Design to set the vision and direction for your Product Area.
  • Clearly communicating the vision and direction across your Teams while nurturing a collaborative environment based on mutual support and trust.
  • Always offering the guidance, support and tools needed to take initiatives, experiment, and perform at their best.
  • Overall, happily and passionately growing a healthy, self-organised engineering culture in harmony with our values.


From an Operational point-of-view

  • You provide clear goals and expected outcomes for the teams and facilitate understanding, measuring and celebrating those achievements along the way.
  • You excel in driving cross-areas ways of working, encourage improvements and remove impediments the teams cannot resolve themselves.
