We are looking for a Manager, Solution Architects to lead a team of solutions architects across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). In this role, you will lead and develop a high-performing team to ensure the sales and effective delivery of Infoblox’s solutions and services. Regularly engaging with the immediate team, partners, and local sales management counterparts, you will provide guidance and direction, help them understand our go-to-market strategy, and ensure that solutions architects, as well as the local partners, have the tools and ability to execute.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead a team of solutions architects across ANZ who represent the company and provide all pre-sales technical support and technical account management for field account managers and partners
  • Lead a team that contributes to the design and integration architecture of internet information services appliances, including DNS, DHCP, security, and network automation solutions
  • Train and conduct product demonstrations for our partners and customers to help them understand how and why to deploy Infoblox business solutions
  • Collaborate with other members of the pre-sales/sales organization to develop training initiatives
  • Develop key relationships with enterprise customers and partners
  • Assure technical competency of the solutions architects regularly
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, engineering, project management, product development, and operational groups to ensure the development of customer solutions
  • Recruit, hire, and retain the right people to form a high performing pre-sales system engineering team
  • Mentor, coach, and develop the team; provide performance management, salary planning, and technical training
  • Provide technical resources to optimize sales volume and ensure customers have the maximum opportunity for successful application through systems/applications engineering services

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ year of leading a team of solutions architects / pre-sales working with enterprise customers
  • 8+ years of solutions architect / pre-sales experience, with experience working within the SaaS or cybersecurity space
  • 3+ years of experience in networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, IPv4/v6, UNIX admin, and experience with switches, routers, and firewalls in intranet, internet, and extranet environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to relay complex technical information and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • DDI (DNS/DHCP/IPAM) experience
  • Network security, intrusion detection and prevention, web filtering, AntiVirus, and threat emulation, SIEM, and NGFW knowledge
  • Experience in cloud/security space

  • Achieve ANZ revenue plan and team objectives
  • Provide technical and personal development to the ANZ solutions architect team
  • Develop effective cross-functional relationships to maximize customer and company value
