IT Requirements Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Provide programmatic support for Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Common Access Card (CAC) implementation and integration. Maintain responsibility for direct customer support activities for program management, requirements development and processing, analyze policy development, implementation, and maintenance. Provide direct support to various agencies across DoD, and Department of Air Force (DAF). Assist with management and implementation of DAF CAC capabilities and coordinate with stakeholders to establish efficient processes for policy review. Develop solutions for clients and be involved in technical reviews to review applications and processes to maintain DoD and DAF policy. Provide expert coordination on AFNET Change Requests and Incident Reports and review requests pertaining to DAF PKI policy. Manage AFNET Service Account Requests and Security Group Exemptions globally for the Department of Air Force. Maintain and develop the ICAM/PKI SharePoint team site that monitors critical data metrics and tracking tools that provided insight into the efficiency and effectiveness of our office.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in functional analysis
• Experience supporting Microsoft Share Point, including development, maintenance, or data entry
• Experience processing service request, following workflow rules, marshalling request through business process
• Experience with evaluating and prioritizing customer IT requirements, managing change requests, analysis, impact, and making recommendations
• Experience with completing tasks using Microsoft Office, Share Point, and Project within the Air Force network
• Experience with analyzing and providing recommendations on Air Force Policy related to AF PKI
• Knowledge of Remedy IT Ticketing tool as it relates to AFNET Active Directory
• Knowledge of DoD or Air Force strategic planning regarding support for Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Common Access Card (CAC) implementation and integration
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with BMC Remedy preferred
• Experience with SharePoint and O365 Site Collection Administration (SCA)
• Knowledge of Air Force Identity (AFID)
• Bachelor's degree
• DoD 8570 Certification preferred
