So what's an Education and Enablement Manager at Skai?

The Enablement team at Skai plays a pivotal role in influencing both the way our industry thinks about Enablement and the way our platform meets the needs of Skai users. The Skai Marketing Activation portfolio includes Retail Media, Paid Search, App Marketing and Paid Social products.

At Skai, we define Enablement as the client-centric resource that delivers engaging and dynamic learning throughout the customer and employee lifecycle. Enablement content includes access to (process) knowledge, competencies, skills, and content to be successful in executing your daily tasks on the Skai interface.

More specifically, what will you be doing?

• Create & update training materials for instructor-led sessions and self-paced learning
• Prepare for and facilitate training workshops
• Collaborate and coordinate with Sales, Client Success, and Onboarding teams
• Document and maintain all Salesforce records as they relate to training
• Learn and achieve expert knowledge on all Skai Search, Social & Pinterest products
• Integrate latest release information into training as needed
• Feedback insights, questions, and product requests that arise in training
• Administer the learning management system

How do I know if it's the right job for me?

• Working knowledge of adult learning theories
• Understanding of Customer Success methodology
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills demonstrated in person and online training session
• Clear communicator when engaging with internal and external clients
• Excellent project/program management capabilities
• Experience with the execution side of digital marketing, either at an agency or as an advertiser, or instructor/training experience in the digital marketing space
• Critical & creative thinker
• Take a high degree of ownership over your work
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Knowledge of Learning Management systems (Lessonly, Workramp, etc)
• Advanced Google suite for business experience (sheets, slides, etc)

Preferred qualifications and experience

• 4+ years of experience with the execution side of digital marketing, either at an agency or as an advertiser, or 4+ years of instructor/training experience in the digital marking space
• Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Pinterest, Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Google, Microsoft, etc).
• Certification in Amazon Search Ads, Google AdWords or Facebook Blueprint
